By LM-Mogadishu, 17th January 2024- The Somali Civil Aviation Authority has rejected an Ethiopian delegation’s request to go to the city of Hargeisa in the North West region of Somaliland while the Somali Aviation Authority the plane has also been refused to fly to Somalia.
