By LM-Mogadishu, 06 January 2024- The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamsa Abdi Barre, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Somalia, Mr. Ahmed Bin Mohamed Al-Mawlid in his office and discussed the strengthening of cooperative relations between the two brotherly countries and the investment opportunities available since our country has achieved the debt relief.
For his part, Ambassador Ahmed Al-Mawlid expressed that the Saudi government is ready for investment opportunities in Somalia, and to support the Somali government in various development projects implemented in the country, with a special promise that they will participate and support the stability of the nation.
The Prime Minister thanked the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the support of the Government of Saudi Arabia and for supporting the protection of the independence, sovereignty, and territorial unity of and people of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
