Israel’s war on Gaza live: Israel cuts off ‘lifesaving’ aid to north Gaza

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said Israeli authorities are denying access to aid missions bringing “food, medicine, water and other lifesaving supplies” to northern Gaza.

At least 132 people have been killed in Gaza in the past 24 hours, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa.

Several UN agencies have appealed for “faster, safer” aid access to Gaza as the population faces famine and the spread of disease.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard attacks sites in northern Syria and Erbil in Iraq’s Kurdish region, which it claims were used by “anti-Iranian terrorist groups”.

At least 24,100 people have been killed and more than 60,800 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7. The death toll in Israel from the October 7 Hamas attacks stands at 1,139.
