By LM-Mogadihsu, 11 January 2024- In a powerful display of solidarity and commitment to National Defense, prominent government officials joined thousands of citizens in a large-scale demonstration against sea violations. The presence of these officials at the protest underscores the growing recognition of the urgent need to address the threats facing our nation and highlights their dedication to safeguarding our oceans.
Prime Minister Hamze Barre, Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Salah, The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Government Mr. Hassan Macallin Mohamud, Ministry Of Education Farah Abdukadir, Minister of Interior Ahmed Moalin Fiqi, State Minister of the President Office Abshir Bukari, the Permanent Secretary Mr. Faisal Aden Hassan, and all the officials of the ministry fully participated in today’s demonstration by the Somali people in the capital city of Mogadishu.
The officials addressed the gathered crowd, expressing their support for the cause and acknowledging the citizens’ spirit toward defending their sovereignty and integrity.
