By LM- Mogadishu, 10 January 2024- The prime minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia H.E Hamza Abdi Barre has received the Ambassador of the UK to Somalia Mr. Mike Nithavrianakis, discussed fostering the long-term diplomatic ties between the two nations.
The Prime Minister of Somalia has thanked the UK for the support it provided to Somalia and its citizens and the support it has given to the sovereignty and integrity of Somalia
The Ambassador emphasized continued support for Somalia’s development and the strengthening of its institutions. He reaffirmed the commitment of the UK to collaborate with Somalia in areas such as governance, infrastructure development, healthcare, education, and economic empowerment.
