Mogadishu (LM) In a bid to enhance quality standards in healthcare facilities, the General Director of the Somali Bureau of Standards (SoBS), Mrs. Hawo Ahmed Hassan paid a visit to Digfer Hospital, a prominent public hospital on Sunday where they were welcomed by the senior management and directors of the hospital.
The visit aimed to assess the hospital’s compliance with healthcare standards and explore opportunities for collaboration between SoBS and the healthcare sector.
Accompanied by a team of departmental directors from SoBS, Mrs. Hawa was given a comprehensive tour of the hospital, including its various departments, facilities, and patient care areas. The visit provided an opportunity to evaluate the hospital’s infrastructure, equipment, and adherence to established regulations and guidelines.
During discussions with hospital administrators and medical staff, Mrs. Hawa emphasized the importance of ensuring high-quality healthcare services for the Somali population.
